velquaria.com presents our software and lets you join a free early-access list. There are no purchases, accounts or payments here. If paid plans are offered in the future, they will come with their own terms, shown before you buy.

Our content

Texts, images, videos, logos and the guide on this site belong to Velquaria, unless stated otherwise. You may share the free guide in its original, unmodified form. Velquaria Forge and Velquaria Studio will be released under the Functional Source License 1.1 with Apache 2.0 future license (FSL-1.1-ALv2): the source is available, and each version becomes open source under the Apache License 2.0 two years after its release. The license that ships with each release applies to that release.

Product and model names (for example Qwen, Gemma, Claude Code, Cline, Ollama or llama.cpp) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility and comparisons. Strata is an open-source project by its own authors (github.com/Niko1221/Strata, MIT license).

AI-generated content

Parts of the texts, illustrations, narration and videos shown on this site are generated with artificial intelligence and reviewed by a human before publication. Voices in our audio and video samples are synthetic. Examples marked as made with our software were produced locally with it; a few earlier illustrations were made with an external AI image service and will be replaced.

Measurements and information

Speeds, scores and requirements on this site come from our own tests on one machine (NVIDIA RTX 4000 Ada 20 GB with 125 GB of RAM) on the dates stated. Your hardware, drivers and model versions will give different results. The information is provided in good faith and for general purposes; it is not a guarantee of performance.

Early access

Joining the list is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We share early versions when they are ready; we do not promise release dates or features, and we may change or stop the program. You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Links to other sites

We link to sites we do not control (such as Substack and GitHub). Their own terms and policies apply there.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Accessibility

Velquaria is a microenterprise and is exempt from the service requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (Italian Legislative Decree 82/2022, Art. 3(3)). We nevertheless follow WCAG 2.1 AA where we can; report problems to velquaria@gmail.com.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
